Investing in Spain is not a bad idea at all

With sky-high inflation and ever-rising real estate prices in the Netherlands, investing in Spain is not a bad idea at all! The market here is stable and moving/rising in a healthy way.
We have real estate in our portfolio from 567 euros per m2. A large village house in Itrabo less than 20 minutes from the coast of Salobreña (Granada), but also a semi-detached house with small garden and spacious terrace 15 minutes walk from Burriana beach in Nerja (Costa del Sol) for less than 3200 euros per m2.
So the problem with investing in real estate in Spain is not the prices, because they are generally very reasonable, but especially the uncertainties in the process. What’s involved? And how can you be sure that you can trust the seller or selling broker? Do you always need a gestor or lawyer? And what about the residence permit? Whatever your question, we always provide independent advice, because that’s how we all win!
Do you have questions? Reassure them.
