This large townhouse is a must see! Not only for its excellent location in the natural setting of Los Guajares, but also for how comfortable and large it is. It has everything.

In total it has 7 bedrooms, several storage areas, two bathrooms (one toilet), Andalusian patio, patio de luces, several terraces and parking area. The best thing is that it has been updated with great attention to detail and is ready to move into.

We enter through the main entrance (it has three entrances in total) and see a very bright and spacious living room with dining area with wooden beams and a window overlooking the patio. The fully fitted kitchen with oven and dishwasher is large and has enough space for another dining area.

Up some steps we see the entrance to the patio which gives access to the bathroom with shower. A few more steps lead up to the master bedroom with fireplace and access to the beautiful Andalusian patio. This patio is a delightful place to relax and enjoy an al fresco meal with family or friends, but it can also be used as a small garden. Here we also see the entrance to a very large store room and the second exit/entrance.

From the patio you can see that on the upper floor you can park your car, entering through the garage door which also serves as the third entrance to the property.
