Charming cortijo at the entrance to Los Guajares, only 10 minutes from the beach of Salobrena!

The cortijo, built in 2001, is situated in a natural environment on rustic land. It is built on 2200 square meters and has a very nice garden with a big pool.

At the entrance of the cortijo there is a large covered terrace with a pergola. A very comfortable area for barbecues, family meals or to relax in the shade and enjoy the views and the tranquility. From the terrace we can go down some stairs to the garden with swimming pool or enter the house through a covered entrance with large windows.

We enter the living/dining room with an open plan kitchen of good quality. The living/dining room is equipped with a cooker which warms up the cold winter evenings. To the left of the kitchen there is a laundry area and the master bedroom with bathroom en suite. The other double bedroom and separate bathroom is on the other side of the house. A very comfortable distribution in case you have visitors or want to use one of the bedrooms as an office without disturbing the other people who may be at home.

The property has solar panels and is in the process of regulation. The only thing missing is a new septic tank to obtain the AFO. The cortijo is entitled to water from the irrigation community (1980 m3 per year).
