A very complete house in the village of Jete only 15 minutes from the beaches of Almuñecar.

The house is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables in the bedroom. The living room contains a sofa bed, a side table, a TV unit and the television. The kitchen is complete with a large fridge, a small washing machine and a cooker with gas oven. The extractor hood and the kitchen furniture are new. The bathroom is small but complete with shower.

The house is situated on a slope. It is not accessible by car, but you can park relatively close. The village is quiet and very nice. It has bars, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, hairdresser, bus service and swimming pool.

It is rented on long term basis. Pets are allowed under request.
