With a solid background in construction, where he developed his skills as a plumber, electrician and carpenter, Daniel knows better than anyone else what to look out for when buying a property. His technical expertise allows him to thoroughly assess a property, so you can be sure you are making an informed decision.
But Daniel's qualities go beyond technical knowledge. With more than 15 years of experience as a coach and mediator, including for companies and the municipality of Rotterdam, he has developed a keen eye for people and their needs. He understands the emotional and financial impact of buying a property and assists you with personal guidance and tailor-made advice.

Meet Paula
The All-round Real Estate agent with Legal Expertise
Paula brings a rich diversity of knowledge and experience to our team. After studying law in Rotterdam, Paula decided to follow her passion for real estate and started training to become a real estate agent. Although her career took a different turn, working as a practice manager in healthcare for 15 years, her interest in real estate always remained.
Together with Daniel, Paula set up several real estate projects over the years. From remodelling and flipping properties to long-term rentals and managing tourist accommodation - Paula knows how to make the most of real estate. Her practical experience and entrepreneurial spirit make her a valuable force in our team.
Paula's unique background is further enriched by her Spanish-Dutch heritage. She is fluent in Spanish and recently completed a master's degree in Spanish Real Estate Law. This enables her to advise both national and international clients with a deep understanding of legal nuances, especially in Spanish real estate.

Roffa stands for strength and character. It is not for nothing the nickname of Rotterdam, the city where we were born and grew up. Our company proudly bears the name of this city, because it reflects the values we hold dear. 'Rotterdam. Make it Happen.' A city known for hard work, a ‘don't bullshit but clean up’ mentality, and above all for working together to get things done. That's the spirit of Rotterdam, and that's exactly what we want to radiate with Roffa.
Our Journey to Spain
In summer 2019, we moved to Nigüelas, located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada. While preparing for our emigration, we came across the Spanish real estate market. Soon we noticed that there was little professional guidance available in the region. We had to figure out everything ourselves: from the legal aspects of buying a house to practical matters such as putting water and electricity into our names and arranging our mortgage. For us, this was when we decided to pool our knowledge and experience and focus on Spanish estate agency.
We started with self-study and from 2020 onwards expanded our expertise by attending various courses, trainings, master classes and training sessions. In February 2020, we opened our first office in Motril. Since then, we have also had offices in Almuñécar and Salobreña. We know both the coast and the interior of Granada province inside out.
Over the past five years, we have built valuable relationships with local estate agents, banks, architects and gestorías. In addition, we have completed several trainings and courses specific to the Spanish real estate market.
Thanks to our extensive knowledge of the region and our strong network, we are excellently positioned to provide our clients with optimal assistance when buying or selling a property in Spain.
